ST Card is a loyalty and membership programme owned and managed by Sri Ternak Food Mart Sdn. Bhd., the parent company of Sri Ternak Group, Malaysia’s leading halal wholesale supermarket operator.

The ST Card allows customers to earn loyalty points and enjoy exclusive member privileges at all ST Rosyam Mart and participating Sri Ternak outlets nationwide.

Members can now register conveniently via the ST Card Mobile App — making it easier than ever to enjoy points collection, redemption, and exclusive promotions all in one app.

Our mission is to reward loyal shoppers and enhance their shopping experience with exclusive discounts, member-only deals, and easy cashless redemption.

Eligibility:

• Applications are open to all individuals aged 16 and above, regardless of nationality.

Products / Services & Pricing

• ST Card Membership Registration

       – New Member Registration (via app or in-store): RM15.00
       – Annual Renewal Fee: RM15.00
       – Replacement Card (for physical version): RM15.00

• Member Benefits
  – Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent (on qualifying purchases)
  – Redeem points for rewards and discounts
  – Access to members-only promotions and campaigns
  • Note: ST Card membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

Membership Limit:

• Each applicant can only apply for ONE ST Card membership

Points Accumulation:

Every RM1.00 spent will earn 1 point. ST Card points are not exchangeable or redeemable
for cash or other items except those acknowledged in the ST Card points redemption
program.

Points Transferability:

ST Card points are non-transferable, sellable, or assignable to other persons
Validity:

• The ST Card membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.

Fees and Charges:

• Note: All payments received are non-refundable.

Membership Benefits:

• An active or yet expired ST Card member is entitled to enjoy membership benefits which include, but are not limited to, member pricing and points collection, by presenting their Membership Card, Mobile Number, or Identity Card Number to the cashier during or before every transaction.

Points Accumulation:

Points Redemption:

• ST Card points are redeemable for Sri Ternak & ST Rosyam Mart Gift Vouchers with points.

Redemption Process:

• Points redemption can only be done by the Membership Owner at the Membership Counter together with their Identity Card/passport and membership card.

Points Period:

• Points accumulated from Jan’23 to Dec’23 (Y1) are eligible for conversion from Jan’24 to Dec’24 (Y2) and will expire on 1st of Jan, 2025 (Y3).
• Points accumulated from Jan’24 to Dec’24 (Y1) are eligible for conversion from Jan’25 to Dec’25 (Y2) and will expire on 1st of Jan, 2026 (Y3).
• Points accumulated from Jan’25 to Dec’25 (Y1) are eligible for conversion from Jan’26 to Dec’26 (Y2) and will expire on 1st of Jan, 2027 (Y3).

Right to Adjust:

• Sri Ternak reserves the right to adjust the points or requirements, as well as substitute or replace items with items of approximately equivalent value without prior notice.

Return / Refund Policy

1. The ST Card membership fee (RM15) is non-refundable once registration or renewal is completed and payment is successful.
2. Refunds will only be considered in the case of duplicate transactions or technical errors during online payment processing.
3. Any refund request must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of payment, accompanied by valid proof of transaction.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
5. For physical ST Card replacement, no refund will be issued after card activation.

Shipping / Fulfilment Policy

1. Digital Membership (In-App Registration):

• Upon successful payment, membership will be activated automatically within 24 hours in the ST Card Mobile App.
• No physical delivery is required.

2. Physical Card (When purchased in-store):

• Physical cards may be collected at any Sri Ternak or ST Rosyam Mart outlet after payment at supermarket.
