Objective
The Ecommerce Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the ecommerce department of a company with a significant online presence. They will handle decision-making for the website, social media accounts, and online advertising. They will also be responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies, and for hiring and training the rest of the Ecommerce division.

Job Description:
  • The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers. They will liaise with the Web designers to develop and alter the website as needed.
  • The Ecommerce Manager will keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world. They will also research the company’s core demographics and how to best reach them, in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company’s targeted ad buys.
  • The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the entire e-commerce division and divide up employees on tasks. They will also be responsible for interviewing, bringing their preferred candidates to upper management, and providing necessary training.
  • Ecommerce Managers generally have a set budget from upper management for their division. The job of an ecommerce manager is to plan for e-marketing expenditures well in advance and develop a financial plan that will maximize their resources.

Objective
Purchasing managers are Responsible for complete oversight and management of purchasing for assigned locations and buyers. Works with branch, pricing, and central management to identify and execute cost savings opportunities, including supplier selections, negotiating into stock costs, customer specific costs and supplier programs. Optimizes and maintains strong supplier relationships.

Job Description:
  • Manages suppliers to negotiate and resolve performance issues having an impact on costs, customer service or inventory.
  • Identifies margin improvement opportunities through reviews and analysis leading to negotiation of into stock, customer specific costs (SPAs), and bulk and special buys.
  • Leverages Sri Ternak’s size and capabilities to maximize margin and supplier performance.
  • Supports and executes market-wide strategies and actively participates in margin improvement activities, initiatives and meetings.
  • Takes ownership of replacement costs accuracy to ensure systems are utilizing negotiated levels to maximize profitability.

Visual Merchandising Manager in the wholesale & retail industry your key role is to be responsible to increase the footfall of the store by attractively displaying products and merchandise.
A Visual Merchandising Manager must possess a great deal of creativity and innovative talent. Visual Merchandising Managers are mostly required to work at outlets to lead a team of Visual Assistants and staff for smoothly carrying out all activities. The Visual Merchandising Manager job role will also be to create and maintain a handbook for in-store displays in our outlets, with the aim of training a team of visual assistants and store staff and taking responsibility for ‘the look’ of the store.
