Job Description:
  • Support all leasing related activities, from plan, promote, and assist to lease out, secure and monitor occupancy for the company’s properties, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.

Job Description:

Objective
Visual Merchandising Manager in the wholesale & retail industry your key role is to be responsible to increase the footfall of the store by attractively displaying products and merchandise.
A Visual Merchandising Manager must possess a great deal of creativity and innovative talent. Visual Merchandising Managers are mostly required to work at outlets to lead a team of Visual Assistants and staff for smoothly carrying out all activities. The Visual Merchandising Manager job role will also be to create and maintain a handbook for in-store displays in our outlets, with the aim of training a team of visual assistants and store staff and taking responsibility for ‘the look’ of the store.
